Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: All stock is located in Greerton, Tauranga and we provide same day dispatch if ordered by 11am. Therefore, you could receive your order as early as tomorrow morning. However, depending on your location it could take up to 4 business days


 

Q: What if I change my mind?

A: If you change your mind please send us a message and we will be more than happy for you to return your purchase for a full refund.


 

Q: Do you provide any guarantees?

A: We certainly do, if the product does not work for any reason then we will provide you with a full refund because we are committed to ensuring our customers are completely satisfied. That is our 100% Satisfaction Guarentee.


 

Q: Can I pickup my order from your warehouse?

A: Yes, we welcome customers to pick up from our warehouse. Please ensure that you have placed an order and paid for it before visiting our warehouse. Items may be picked up in Greerton, Tauranga from 11:30 AM to 3:00 PM on Weekdays. If you order by 11AM on weekdays, you will be able to collect the item on the same day,otherwise collect from next business day.


 

Q: Are there any discounts for bulk orders?

A: We supply our products to a range of businesses, including resorts and hospitals, to whom receive our special bulk prices. Please send us a message to discuss your needs.


 

Q: Do you provide a warranty?

A: We provide a 12 month warranty period, so if there are any faults with your product then please get in touch with us and we will look after you.
